The sky is the limit...The Community-driven Inclusive Excellence and Leadership Opportunities in the Geosciences (CIELO-G) project aims to transform in a profound and long-lasting way our geoscience community culture by consciously and organically changing the way we interact with our broader local community.
Our project serves as a model leading the way to transform the culture of the geosciences nationally toward a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, accessible community. Central to our effort is Collective Impact, the commitment of a group of actors from different sectors to a common agenda to solve specific problems. |
